Returns & withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, starting from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods (or the last item in a single order).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or email) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs at the basic rate (if you chose a more expensive delivery method, the extra cost is not refunded), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from when we are informed of your decision, or from when we receive the goods back or proof of return—whichever is earlier. Refunds use the same means of payment unless you agree otherwise.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate withdrawal, unless we offer to collect the goods. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the trader did not inform you that you must bear that cost.
3. Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts listed in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including (where applicable):
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, if applicable after assessment of your product category;
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- Other exclusions under mandatory law.
Assess with your lawyer whether specific glove/PPE items fall under hygiene exceptions once packaging is opened.
4. Condition of returned goods
Goods must be returned in a saleable condition with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible. We may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value if handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods has occurred.
5. Defective or wrong items
If you receive a wrong item or a product with a lack of conformity, contact us promptly with your order number and photos if helpful. Your statutory rights under the legal guarantee (typically two years for consumers in the EU) apply in addition to the withdrawal right.
