Shipping & delivery

1. Where we ship

We primarily ship to addresses within the European Union. Certain products or destinations may be restricted by law or carrier rules. If we cannot ship to your address, we will inform you before accepting payment or will cancel and refund the order.

For wholesale or non-EU destinations, contact wholesale@glovant.co for a quote. For general sales enquiries, use sales@glovant.co.

2. Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Portugal) after payment authorisation. During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer—we will communicate significant delays where practicable.

3. Carriers and tracking

Shipments are sent through integrated logistics partners (e.g. UPS or other carriers we select). When your order ships, you should receive a tracking number by email or in your account area, once those features are connected to our systems.

Delivery is made to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring someone can receive the parcel or for following carrier instructions (pickup points, re-delivery).

4. Delivery timeframes

Estimated transit times depend on destination and carrier service level—typically a few business days within Portugal and neighbouring EU states, and longer for remote areas. Estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly state a fixed date; delays caused by customs (non-EU), weather, strikes, or force majeure are outside our control but we will work with you and the carrier to resolve issues.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping fees (if any), thresholds for free shipping, and applicable VAT are shown at checkout before you pay. If we cannot ship at the quoted cost, we will contact you or cancel the order with a full refund.

6. Risk and title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), in line with Article 17 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese implementation—confirm exact transfer point with your legal adviser for your chosen carrier terms.

7. Packaging

We use packaging appropriate to protect gloves during transit and aim to minimise waste where compatible with product safety.

8. Undelivered or refused parcels

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we may charge reasonable return shipping and handling fees and refund the product price less those costs, or offer re-shipment at your expense, as permitted by law.
