Terms & conditions

These Terms & conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Glovant online store and any purchase of products through it. The seller is Solarisflux Unipessoal Lda (“we”, “us”), operating the Glovant brand. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order. For mandatory consumer rights under Portuguese and EU law, see especially Sections 8–10 and our Returns page.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

We describe products (including materials, sizes, and intended use) in good faith. Images and colours may vary slightly due to screens and photography. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund or offer alternatives as applicable.

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT at the rate applicable in Portugal for consumers in the EU context of this store. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order. We may correct obvious pricing errors before acceptance; if we cannot fulfil at the advertised price, we will inform you and may cancel the order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may confirm receipt by email; the contract is formed when we send you a separate order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when we deliver the goods—whichever practice we adopt consistently and in line with applicable consumer rules. We reserve the right to refuse orders (e.g. fraud risk, stock, or legal restrictions).

Payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. card, other methods) are processed by secure payment providers. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the total amount shown at checkout. You confirm you are entitled to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery terms, carriers, timelines, and risk transfer are described in our Shipping policy. Title to goods passes on full payment; risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided or to the carrier as agreed (Incoterms and mandatory law may apply).

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons, under Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Portugal. Exceptions apply (e.g. sealed goods opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection, if applicable to certain PPE—assess with counsel for your product categories).

To withdraw, inform us clearly (e.g. email to sales@glovant.co) before the deadline. You must return the goods in accordance with our Returns & withdrawal instructions. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Under EU rules, consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity from delivery. If goods do not match the contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination depending on circumstances and national rules. Contact us to report defects promptly.

Additional commercial return rules, if any, are set out in our Returns policy and do not replace statutory rights.

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. hacking, scraping in breach of terms, uploading malware, or using bots to harm performance). We may suspend access for breach or technical reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability for each order is generally limited to the amount paid for that order unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss where such exclusion is permitted.

All content on this site (texts, graphics, logos, layout) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or exploit it commercially without permission, except as allowed for private browsing or by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

For consumers, disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence or those of Monção/Viana do Castelo, as applicable under EU rules—confirm with your lawyer. You may also use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page will change. For ongoing contracts, material changes will be communicated as required by law.
